If you received an incorrect order, we will proceed with a standard exchange at our expense.
If any item/s you receive are damaged please email us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will send out a replacement item or refund you in full once we have inspected the goods and checked the order.
If you order an incorrect size or are not happy with your choice of design or colour of the boots you have ordered, Wonderful Wellies are not responsible for the postage costs of returns and replacements.
Wonderful Wellies will refund the cost of the wellies upon receipt of the returns. Should a replacement be required we would ask that you return to the website and re-order your preferred boots.
All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in the same unworn, perfect condition as they arrived to you, within 15 days of purchase. We cannot accept items back that have obviously been worn, i.e covered in mud!
You are responsible for the returns postage cost, therefore we recommend you use a recorded service as we can not be responsible for items that go missing en route.
